Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Organic Tattva flaxseeds
  • 2/3 cup water/ milk
  • 2 tsp Organic Tattva sugar
  • 1 tsp Organic Tattva cinnamon powder
  • 1/2 cup strawberries or
  • any other sliced fruit

Pour milk, organic ground flaxseeds, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and maple syrup into a mason jar.

Shake well until mixed, cover and refrigerate overnight.

By morning, it should be thick and creamy, if not, add more ground flaxseeds and refrigerate for another hour.
